We are looking for an experienced network professional to lead enterprise network operations, technical escalations, infrastructure-security compliance and network migration activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee network monitoring, troubleshooting and service restoration

• Lead major network, firewall, load-balancer and voice incidents

• Coordinate vulnerability remediation, patching and network hardening

• Support infrastructure upgrades, WAN migrations and device refreshes

• Lead support teams and coordinate vendors and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• At least 10 years of network operations or engineering experience

• Technical-team leadership and major-incident management experience

• Strong MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, LAN/WAN and VPN knowledge

• Hands-on Cisco, Juniper, F5 or Citrix NetScaler experience

• Strong incident, change, compliance and stakeholder-management skills

• Banking or complex-enterprise experience is advantageous

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Term: 1-year renewable contract
