The Opportunity

Join our team to develop your coaching career and build lasting relationships with members, with access to premium indoor golf facilities. Coaching schedules are coordinated with Friends Golf to accommodate member bookings, programmes, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised golf lessons for beginners through to advanced players, adapting instruction to individual goals and learning needs.
• Explain golf techniques clearly so members can understand and apply them.
• Manage member relationships through progress tracking, regular follow-ups, and attentive customer care.
• Support lesson renewals and package sales by recommending suitable programmes based on members’ needs.
• Plan and deliver junior group lessons and regular golf camps.
• Lead and accompany participants on overseas golf camps and trips, providing coaching, coordinating activities, and supporting participants’ safety and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues on coaching programmes, events, and daily operations.
• Take responsibility for the proper use, care, and storage of company-owned training aids, and promptly report any damage, loss, or maintenance needs.
