Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing items
• Check incoming deliveries against the relevant documents and place items in their assigned storage locations
• Prepare and dispatch items for production, engineering teams and other internal or external requests
• Scan and update item movements in the system promptly to help keep inventory records accurate
• Keep the physical stock and system records aligned, and report any differences to the supervisor
• Perform scheduled stock counts and assist with investigating any discrepancies
• Follow warehouse safety, housekeeping and 5S requirements, keeping work areas clean and organised
• Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
• Support the supervisor with daily operations and improvement projects

Requirements

• SPM or O Levels Qualification
• Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage
• Careful and organised, with good attention to detail
• Able to work well with others and follow work instructions
• Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience is an advantage, but not essential
