Job Description:

• Prepare and coordinate architectural, shop, construction detail, submission, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.

• Review and revise drawings based on project specifications, consultant feedback, and authority requirements.

• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies, design conflicts, and site technical issues.

• Manage submissions and approvals for drawings, materials, and mock-ups.

• Supervise architectural works on site to ensure quality and compliance.

• Attend coordination meetings and support project execution from design through construction and handover.

• Maintain updated drawings and documentation throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or related field.

• Architectural drafting or coordination experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of construction drawings and Singapore building practices.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• LTA/MRT or Main Contractor experience is preferred.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
