SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our People & Culture team on a part-time basis. This role provides hands-on exposure to both talent acquisition and HR operations, making it a great fit for someone looking to build or deepen their HR experience in a dynamic F&B and retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Posting and update of job advertisements on platforms such as Linkedin, FastJobs, and MyCareersFuture based on active hiring needs and advertisement expiry schedules.
- Assist in screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
ON-BOARDING / OFF-BOARDING COORDINATION
- Coordinate frontline onboarding/offboarding, and issue/collect uniforms where required.
- Update and maintain employee records, trackers and e-personnel files on Sharepoint.
- Prepare standard documents such as confirmation letters and certificates of employment.
- Prepare employment contracts for part-time employees (frontline).
- Assist with work pass administrative matters and follow-up for applications and renewals.
- Assist to update outpatient medical panel.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Maintain employee birthday list and send out birthday greetings monthly.
- Maintain confirmation listings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential employee information.
- Good communication skills; comfortable liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders.
