We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Coway Sales & Marketing / Telemarketing Team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided!

Job Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers using customer data provided by HQ.
• Contact and follow up with customers regarding Coway products, vouchers, promotions, and special offers.
• Explain current promotions and benefits available to customers.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide suitable product information.
• Conduct sales and achieve individual/team sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Record and update customer information and follow-up status.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Age: 19–35 years old.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers.
