Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Delivery Driver cum Storekeeper to join the Goldwood team. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, as well as supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations. The role requires good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both driving and physical warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform timely and safe delivery and collection of goods to and from stores, customers, suppliers, and other locations
Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in good operating condition
Load and unload goods safely, ensuring products are handled properly during transportation
Verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before dispatch and upon delivery
Obtain and maintain proper acknowledgement of deliveries and collections
Assist with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing incoming goods
Ensure goods are properly labelled, organized, and stored in the appropriate locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and stock-take activities
Pick and prepare goods for delivery according to delivery schedules and instructions
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards
Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and other warehouse duties as required
Support store and warehouse operations during peak periods or when additional manpower is required
Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Minimum 1–2 years of driving or delivery experience preferred
Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience will be an advantage
Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes
Physically fit and comfortable with loading, unloading, and handling goods
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and follow delivery and warehouse instructions
Basic communication and documentation skills
Able to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends or public holidays when required
Since our inception in 2009, GOLDWOOD has been at the forefront of Singapore’s souvenir market, starting with wholesale t-shirts. In 2011, we expanded our creative capabilities by bringing on our first in-house designer, allowing us to craft exclusive t-shirt designs for renowned tourism retailers and attractions like Discover Singapore, Botanic Gardens, and Singapore Flyer. Within a year, our unique and high quality designs had made their mark across almost all tourist attractions in Singapore, establishing us as one of the top three companies for Singapore tourism designs, especially t-shirt products.
Our success isn’t limited to Singapore. We proudly serve clients in Batam, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. As our client base grew, so did our team. By 2018, we had three talented designers, and our reputation for creative and well executed designs, diverse printing techniques, and superior product quality caught the attention of Disney Singapore. This led to a successful partnership for the first Mickey Go Local merchandise, opening new doors and leading us into the world of intellectual properties (IPs).
Today, GOLDWOOD collaborates with many iconic brands, including Disney, Marvel, Sanrio, Pokemon, Snoopy, Crayon Shinchan, Miffy, Tokidoki, Sesame Street, Paramount Pictures, Spongebob Squarepants, Minions, and Universal Studios. We also proudly create our own IP, Mr Merlion. Our product range has expanded beyond t-shirts to include wearable products, accessories, travel kits, lifestyle items, household and kitchenwares, and even edibles such as dry snacks and chocolates. We are also the official distributes for Japanese brands like Skater and SunStar and design and produce OEM products for esteemed clients such as KrisShop, 7-Eleven, and Changi Jewel.
With more than seven in-house designers today, we continue to grow and innovate , always looking forward to collaborating with new clients across various industries.
