The Opportunity

The Client
KOS Singapore is partnering with a prestigious French luxury Maison, The brand is known for its quality, craftsmanship and elevated client experiences.
The Job
Welcome and engage clients with a warm, polished and personalised approach.
Deliver an elevated boutique experience through strong product knowledge, thoughtful storytelling and exceptional service.
Drive sales through effective clienteling, consultative selling and confident product recommendations.
Build, maintain and develop a client portfolio through CRM, personal outreach and after-sales follow-up.
Support VIP appointments and personalised service requests.
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while upholding premium service standards and brand image.
Maintain high standards across visual presentation, stock support, daily operations and client data.
The Talent
Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, leather goods, fine jewellery, watches, beauty or high-end hospitality.
A genuine passion for luxury service, craftsmanship and product storytelling.
Strong clienteling and CRM skills with the ability to build repeat-client relationships.
