Job Scope:
To ensure that the day-to-day operations of the shop are all well managed. To be responsible for the management and leadership of the entire facility (including the back of house kitchen)

Job Duties:

• Maintain the store facilities, safety, tidiness, cleanliness & make sure that the food hygiene standards are met. Maintain the company's properties (machines, equipment)
• Communicate well, report staff or technical issues and points to be improved
• Provide superior customer service to all customers
• Liaise with other shop managers, internal departments, various suppliers
• Follow up the documentation of sales, orders, roster, reports and other computer tasks
• Control the food, drink, labor, packaging cost and the shop's wastage
• Supervise and delegate tasks related to catering and special orders
• Ensure a proper merchandising, organize the displays to maintain company's standards
• Ensure adequate staffing by recruiting, training, motivating & reinforcing staff discipline
• Coach staffs on sales program & customer's approach (welcome, answer questions)
• Ensure that employees receive fair and safe working conditions
• Continuously work to ensure that company procedures & image are maintained

Requirements:

• At least 2 years management position in F&B (restaurant or fast food set up)
• Strong communication skills
• Decision maker, problem solver, independent, knows how to prioritize
• Skills in managing people and issues related to staff
• Enthusiastic, optimistic, self-motivated, reliable, diplomatic and ready for challenge
• Able to work in a fast environment and able to handle pressure
• Neat personal appearance and high level of personal hygiene
• Good command in handling POS & computer
• Willing to grow within the company
• Good command of English. Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin are a big +
