Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceinPrivate Banking, Wealth Management, Trust & Fiduciary, Financial Services, or a related industry.

Candidates with an established network of HNW/UHNW clients, business owners, professional intermediaries, or referral partners will have a strong advantage.

Strong relationship management, business development, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to acquire, manage, and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Strong understanding of client servicing, financial solutions, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and business partners.

Languages:Fluent inEnglish, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Provide trust and wealth servicing insights, while understanding and supporting clients’ existing and future funding requirements.

Ensure all transactions and business activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and industry guidelines.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective HNW/UHNW clients.

Develop and grow a client portfolio through internal referrals, client referrals, marketing leads, business networks, and self-generated opportunities.

Proactively engage clients and keep them informed of relevant market developments, industry updates, news, and company communications.

Deepen client relationships by identifying their needs and introducing relevant trust, wealth, and related solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct client and business partner presentations to communicate trust, wealth, and related solutions effectively.

Manage client servicing activities and follow through on key deliverables, objectives, milestones, and timelines.

Maintain a high standard of client service while ensuring strong adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Share knowledge, skills, and industry experience with team members to support knowledge sharing and team development.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

Support other business initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.
