Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent

Strong portfolio showcasing commercial video work (advertisements, promotional content, branded videos).

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Expertise in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording for professional-quality videos.

Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.

Experience in motion graphics, animation, or special effects is a plus.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.

Knowledge of video marketing trends and best practices for social media and digital platforms.

Plan, shoot, and edit commercial videos for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.

Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the marketing team.

Ensure brand consistency in all video content, aligning with Ajobthing’s branding and messaging.

Manage end-to-end video production, including:

Pre-production: Scripting, location scouting, and talent coordination.

Production: Filming, directing, and ensuring high-quality footage.

Post-production: Editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics (if applicable).

Optimize video content for dierent platforms (social media, websites, YouTube, etc.).

Stay updated on industry trends, video marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.

Organize and maintain a digital video content library for easy repurposing
