任职资格

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service are an added advantage.
Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
Able to provide on-call support and work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when operationally required.
Possess strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Possess a valid driving licence.

岗位职责

Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
Deliver professional technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Travel throughout Northern Malaysia and occasionally overseas to support customer projects.
Comply with company safety, quality, and service standards.
