- Experience in handling claims registration or processing is an advantage
- Internship in insurance industry is an advantage
岗位职责
- Assist in the registration and processing of insurance claims in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Review and verify claim-related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of claims and customer information.
- Follow up on outstanding documents or information required for claims processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Respond to basic customer or internal enquiries related to claims and insurance processes.
- Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained and updated.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the team.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required turnaround time and service standards.
