O-Level, SPM or equivalent qualification.

Some prior experience in a dental, medical or clinic environment will be an advantage.

Comfortable working in a dental clinic environment, including exposure to blood and clinical procedures.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for daily work and patient interactions.

Basic computer skills.

Service-oriented with a positive working attitude.

Willing to learn and undergo training provided by the clinic.

Responsible, reliable and able to follow the assigned work roster.

Assist dentists during consultations and dental procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and relevant materials before procedures.

Clean, sterilise and organise dental instruments and equipment.

Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling and basic administrative duties.

Attend to patients and provide appropriate service and assistance.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the clinic.

Perform other clinic support duties as assigned.
