Key Responsibilities / 主要職責:

• Scene & Spatial Design: Create scene layouts, spatial concepts, and environment designs for events, exhibitions, and photo/video studio sets. 場景與空間設計： 為活動、展覽及攝影/錄影影樓設計場景佈局、空間概念及環境設計。

• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphic assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. 視覺平面設計： 構思並製作高品質的品牌宣傳、行銷推廣及各式平面視覺素材。

• On-Site Styling & Execution: Direct physical set installation, prop placement, and coordinate with production teams/photographers for scene aesthetics. 現場執行與陳列： 監督場景實體搭建，負責道具擺設及美學陳列，並與製作團隊及攝影師協調現場效果。

• Vendor & Material Management: Source props, furniture, and materials; coordinate with contractors and vendors within project budgets. 資材採購與廠商管理： 採購道具、家具及建材，並在預算內與工程承包商及製作商緊密合作。

Requirements / 任職要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Spatial/Interior Design, Set Design, or related disciplines. 設計、空間/室內設計、場景設計或相關學科之專科或學士學位。

• 4+ years of design experience; background in event, spatial, or studio set design is required. 4 年以上相關設計經驗；必須具備活動、展覽空間或影樓場景設計背景。

• Proficient in 精通 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D software 軟件 (SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max).

• Strong visual aesthetics, spatial awareness, visual composition, and understanding of lighting setup. 具備敏銳的視覺美感、空間感、畫面構圖及對場景燈光配合的理解。

• Hands-on personality, organized, and capable of leading projects from concept to execution. 具備動手搭建能力、有條理，並能獨立帶領項目從概念落地執行。

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. 良好粵語及英語溝通與書寫能力。
