Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide professional support for the healthcare project.

Assist customers through phone, email, and chat channels.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Meet KPI, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements

Traditional Mandarin speaker with good English communication skills.

Customer service / BPO experience preferred.

Healthcare or related industry experience will be an advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Willing to work permanent night shifts.

Comfortable working from office in Kuala Lumpur.

Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
