As we expand our outreach to diverse communities, we are seeking a trilingual sales professional based in Hong Kong to help us connect with Mandarin-speaking, Cantonese-speaking, and English-speaking referral partners.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative who is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to drive patient referrals and business development for our Los Angeles-based agency. This is a fully remote role based in Hong Kong, focused on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations within the Asian-American community in California.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, particularly within Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking communities
• Conduct virtual sales presentations, cold calls, and email outreach to promote our services
• Serve as the primary liaison between Everest Peak Home Health Care and potential referral partners
• Track and report on sales activities, referral conversion rates, and market intelligence using CRM tools
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and value propositions for diverse audiences
• Attend virtual networking events and community outreach initiatives

What You Bring

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written) – must be able to conduct business in all three languages
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or physician liaison roles (home health experience is a strong plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, Medicare, and home health referral dynamics
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
• Knowledge of Asian-American communities in California is a plus

Compensation Structure

• $1,000 base salary per month
• Performance-based bonus – with potential to earn $5,000 – $7,000 per month total based on referral volume and conversions
