岗位职责
No work experience required, but must be responsible and proactive. Daily duties follow a shift station rotation system, from greeting customers and serving food to simple preparation in the kitchen area. A salary increment is awarded upon passing assessment for each station.
Total of 4 stations; SGD 50 monthly raise per station upon passing assessment (up to SGD 200/month).
Staff meals and staff discounts.
Additional bonus for hard work and customer compliments.
SGD 200 travel allowance upon completing 1 year of service; +SGD 50 per additional year, up to SGD 400.
Monthly performance target bonus and quarterly target bonus.
