Job Description

Lead strategic advisory projects that measure, design, and transform the end-to-end employee experience (EX) for multinational corporations and regional enterprises across Asia-Pacific. Partner directly with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), executives, and talent transformation teams to formulate data-driven workforce strategies, modernize employer branding, enhance employee engagement, and align culture with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Advisory: Direct end-to-end employee experience consulting engagements, including employee lifecycle mapping, listening strategies, culture transformation, and employer value proposition (EVP) design.
• Workforce Analytics & Diagnostics: Utilize advanced engagement survey diagnostics, text analytics, and sentiment analysis tools to interpret employee feedback and translate qualitative/quantitative insights into board-level action plans.
• Organization & Journey Design: Map critical employee moments that matter (onboarding, career development, leadership transitions, total rewards communication) to create seamless physical, digital, and cultural workplace journeys.
• Change Management & Enablement: Design executive communication, change enablement frameworks, and manager coaching programs to accelerate the adoption of new HR initiatives and digital workplace tools.
• Business Development & Thought Leadership: Drive client relationship management, craft competitive consulting proposals, lead pitch presentations, and contribute to regional EX research and white papers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive consulting or in-house experience focused on employee experience, organizational development, talent strategy, or corporate change management.
• Proven track record in human-centered design, design thinking methodologies, survey analytics, and workforce sentiment tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, or Willis Towers Watson EX platforms).
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing high-value consulting engagements and executive client relationships across APAC.
• Exceptional leadership, workshop facilitation, analytical problem-solving, and executive presentation capabilities.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
