Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager | Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join a long-term enterprise transformation project in Malaysia.

Location: Malaysia

Contract: 12 Months

Role: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

️ Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects

️ Drive project planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

️ Manage cross-functional SAP teams across functional, technical, integration, testing, and business workstreams

️ Oversee project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery quality

️ Manage communication and coordination with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and project teams

️ Apply appropriate Agile / Waterfall project delivery methodologies

️ Ensure effective governance, issue resolution, and project reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle

️ Experience with regional or large-scale enterprise transformation programs will be an advantage

Candidate Profile

• 8–15+ years of SAP project delivery experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation/program experience is mandatory

• Proven experience managing large, complex SAP projects with multiple workstreams

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills

• Good understanding of the SAP project lifecycle and enterprise delivery models

• SAP certification and PMP / PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred
