Job Summary:

• Basic: Up $2,600 + Allowances

• AWS + Performance Bonus

• Sign-on Bonus $5000, received on 3rd and 12th month

• Location: Changi Airport

• Company Transport Provided (midnight shift)

• 6 days/week, pre-planned shifts (8-9 hours)

• Staff discounts & affordable staff canteen

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver professional and welcoming passenger service at check-in counters and departure gates.

• Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries.

• Support passengers requiring special assistance and provide personalised customer service.

• Perform passenger service system transactions and support premium lounge operations.

Requirements:

• Possess 0 to 2 years experiences in customer facing roles

• Possess min N/O/A level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any discipline
