Working Hours:
Full-Time

Mondays to Thursdays:
7.00AM to 4.00PM

Fridays:
7.15AM to 2.15PM

Working hours may vary according to operational needs and may include weekends

Part-Time

Monday to Fridays:
7.00AM to 1.30PM

Working hours may vary according to operational needs and may include weekends

Job scope:
Supervise students during recess, lunch, dismissal, and teacher-absence periods

Prepare teaching resources and support departmental needs

Assist in examination administration, including setup, answer sheet scanning, and invigilation support

Support orientation and school event preparations

Coordinate food orders for examination exercises

Count, pack, and distribute resources

Perform data entry and general administrative duties

Undertake any other duties assigned

Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' levels

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Proficient in Mandarin and English

to communicate with students, parents, and stakeholders

At least

1 year of relevant working experience

Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively
