Job Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including grievances, misconduct cases, workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
• Handle internal HR communications, exit interviews and employee turnover analysis.
• Manage industrial relations matters and liaise with the Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department and other authorities when required.
• Provide HR/IR advice to management on disciplinary cases and employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, including the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
• Manage Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance, including internal assessments, customer social compliance audits and corrective action plans.
• Maintain RBA documentation and conduct training on labour standards, business ethics, human rights and HSE requirements.
• Handle investigations, domestic inquiries and related disciplinary documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and HR Compliance.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Experience in RBA / social compliance audits will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
