We’re Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager

**Location: Hong Kong Island | High-Net-Worth Clients**

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to provide professional, client-focused banking and wealth management services and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable banking and wealth management solutions

- Develop new business and enhance the overall client experience

- Handle client enquiries and service requests while adhering to compliance requirements

**Requirements**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach

- Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team

- Experience in banking, investments or insurance is preferred

- Relevant financial industry qualifications are an advantage
