Job Vacancy: Factory Operations Worker

Salary: RM 1,700 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Day Off: Sunday
Shift: Must be willing to work morning and night shifts when required
Location: Mantin, Seremban

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with daily factory operations and production activities.
• Operate and monitor factory machinery according to instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and arranging materials and finished products.
• Perform general factory duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with stock handling, material preparation, and other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow company rules, production schedules, and workplace safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work 6 days per week, with Sunday as the rest day.
• Willing to work morning and night shifts when required.
• Basic experience in factory operations or machine handling is an advantage.
• Forklift driving experience or a valid forklift competency certificate is an advantage; candidates who can drive a forklift will be given preference.
• Must possess a valid driving licence
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with supervisors and team members.
• Physically fit and able to perform general factory duties.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary of RM 1,700 per month.
• Working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, subject to shift arrangements.
• One rest day per week (Sunday), subject to shift scheduling and applicable employment requirements.
• Overtime pay and other benefits in accordance with company policy and applicable Malaysian labour laws.
