Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out for new sales opportunities, identify leads and undertake sales calls and close deals with clients
• Sell exhibition space, upsell and cross- sell additional services
• Provide innovative ideas to achieve sales target and improve customer experience
• Coordinate all events requirements with appointed contractors, suppliers and internal supporting departments to ensure smooth operations of the event.
• Actively participate at all events assigned for supervision and troubleshooting during setup, staging and tear down and provide further assistance to the clients.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and present the proposal to prospective clients
• Ensure all events organised are in compliance with the Health and Safety policy
• Working closely with management to ensure sales strategies are in line with the marketing of the business

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree qualification
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and outgoing personality with a strong passion towards customer service
• Resourceful and good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and at the same time as a team within tight dateline
