Responsible for managing the full spectrum of company accounts, including preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, coordinating audit support, and handling HR and payroll duties.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual period
Oversee and process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely invoice issuance and payment collection
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and record all financial transactions accurately
Verify and process staff reimbursement claims in compliance with company policies
Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports in accordance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate and provide documentation to support external audit processes
Assist with banking activities such as account openings and updating user details to maintain accurate records
Perform HR and payroll duties to support employee compensation and compliance
Provide administrative and financial support to the Finance Manager as needed
Execute adhoc duties assigned to support finance and administrative functions
