Job Duties:

Financing Operations Agency & Middle Office tasks:

• Support Front-Office business lines in the pitching of Agency and bilateral mandates.
• Oversee Agency administration for syndicated facilities
• Review legal documentation and liaise with relevant parties to ensure its compliance with credit approval and internal policies.
• Coordinate and facilitate the operational matters
• Liaise with the Borrower and Lenders during the lifecycle of syndicated deal, on waiver / consent / amendment requests and transactional requests.
• Implementation and management of limits in LIQ.
• Monitoring of collateral and covenants.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Syndication, Agency or Middle-Office in a similar capacity/ banking operation experience
• Highly self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
