Interior Design Assistant | 室内设计助理

About Modhome

Modhome specialises in high-end customised whole-home solutions (全屋定制), combining thoughtful design with quality craftsmanship to create personalised living spaces.

We are looking for an Interior Design Assistant to support our Design Director on residential renovation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Director with design concepts, space planning, layouts and material selections.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp 3D designs and design presentations.
• Prepare quotations, material specifications and design documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and our China production team when required.
• Attend site visits and assist with measurements, inspections and project coordination.
• Support the Design Director throughout the renovation process, from design development to project completion.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp skills are an advantage.
• Able to communicate (spoken and written) in Mandarin and English to liaise with our China team.
• Interested in interior design, customised furniture and residential renovation.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
