Job Summary

Drive product engineering efforts to enhance DFB laser products by improving performance, yield, and reliability through data-driven analysis and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead product engineering activities to develop and optimize DFB laser products for enhanced functionality and market competitiveness

Analyze extensive data sets to maintain and improve DFB laser performance, yield, and reliability in manufacturing processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply insights from data analysis to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, material science, or an equivalent field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in crystal growth, design, or wafer fabrication processes related to DFB lasers
