岗位职责
Coordinate shipment operations to support the accurate and timely processing of logistics activities.
Prepare and process shipment documents, manifests and invoices, ensuring relevant costs are properly recorded.
Update shipment details, operational records and customer information accurately and promptly in the system.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, warehouses and transport subcontractors to facilitate efficient cargo movement.
Liaise with internal departments, overseas offices and external customers regarding shipment arrangements and operational matters.
Respond to shipment-related enquiries and provide timely updates on delivery status and service issues.
Identify potential operational issues, assess customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
Handle service complaints and discrepancies, ensuring corrective actions and follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines.
Maintain compliance with internal operating procedures and applicable external requirements.
Carry out other reasonable duties relevant to the position as assigned by Management.
