岗位职责

Review project specifications and technical clarifications
Identify/check drawing discrepancies
Prepare method statements, material requisition
project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control
project documentation, drawings updating
Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters & proposals
Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied
Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning.
ensure all works carried out are in accordance To the drawings, specifications, construction plan and procedures method statement.
Supervise and Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.
Monitor daily work activity schedules.
Reports all defects in materials and workmanship, Non-Compliance Report To the project Manager for corrective, remedial and preventive measures.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time To time.
