Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and daily coordination.
• Keep project records updated, including progress and cost tracking.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and site teams to support project execution.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on project matters.
• Support site safety requirements and help identify and resolve project issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar construction role.
• Good planning and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software, with basic knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
