Your New Company
This established global organisation operates a shared services environment and is continuing to expand its business process optimisation capabilities. With further finance process migrations, centralisation initiatives and transformation projects underway, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support complex regional and global programmes.
Your New Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end projects focused primarily on finance process transition, migration and centralisation. You will manage multiple concurrent projects from planning and business case development through execution, governance and closure, ensuring delivery remains aligned to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, resources and quality standards.
Working with stakeholders and virtual project teams across multiple markets, you will establish project frameworks, track dependencies and risks, facilitate As-Is and To-Be process workshops, define project KPIs and acceptance criteria, and provide data-driven recommendations to support successful delivery. You will also play an important role in guiding and mentoring junior Business Analysts supporting project execution.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Shared Services, Finance & Accounting, BPO or a related project environment.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end process migrations, transitions or centralisation projects, rather than purely technology or system implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 2 to 3 concurrent projects independently.
- Strong project governance capability covering scope, timelines, budgeting, resources, dependencies, risk management and performance tracking.
- Experience with process design, process engineering and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, particularly when working across global or regional teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops including As-Is reviews, To-Be process design, data gathering and problem solving.
- Ability to establish success criteria and KPIs to measure project outcomes and benefits.
- Confidence working with and guiding junior Business Analysts.
- Exposure to LEAN, transitions or system deployments would be advantageous.
- A university degree or equivalent, with strong knowledge of recognised project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
