About the role

Monitor and ensure operational quality complies with established SOPs. Conduct checks on daily operational performance and processes, identify issues or non-compliance, and prepare reports for management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure operational quality complies with established SOPs
• Conduct checks on daily operational performance and processes
• Identify issues or non-compliance and prepare reports for management
• Ensure corrective actions are taken for identified issues
• Assist in ensuring J&T operational KPIs and standards are met
• Prepare reports related to quality control and operational performance

About you

• Experience in operations, quality control, or a related field is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and has good problem-solving skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has good communication and data management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
