Responsibilities

-         Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &Beverage, Engineering, Security and outsource managed services.

-         Manage operational teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards.

-         Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

-         Oversee staff scheduling, manpower planning and daily operational coordination to optimize workforce deployment.

-         Supervise and mentor team members to maintain service quality, operational standards and productivity targets.

-         Monitor operational costs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and control expenses.

-         Coordinate staff training, onboarding and performance monitoring.

-         Liaise with contractors and outsourced service providers to ensure service quality and compliance with operational requirements.

-         Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

-         Ensure hotel facilities, services and operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

-         Respond effectively to operational emergencies, unexpected situations and manpower shortages.

-         Maintain clear communication and coordination between operational departments and hotel management.

-         Work closely with the Hotel Manager or General Manager to achieve operational goals.

-         Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

-         Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

-         Experience managing multi-hotel operations will be an advantage

-         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-         Organizational and leadership abilities

-         Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

-         Problem-solving skills
