WE ARE HIRING: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month
Location: West, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Extendable / Convertible
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to join a leading MNC in the manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, payment terms, and cost reductions.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and audits.
Analyse spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Work with engineering teams to source alternative components and suppliers.
Resolve supplier quality issues, invoice disputes, and delivery discrepancies.
Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP systems.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
