This role focuses on producing visually striking, high-quality content for Mutu's TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with the Content Team Lead to bring our products to life through strong composition, lighting, and design.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual sense and technical skill who can elevate our brand aesthetic. The right candidate has an eye for detail, understands pacing and mood, and can deliver polished work on a deadline. You should be comfortable working both on set and in post-production, and able to collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

Visual Content Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video and photo content for TikTok and Instagram that meets Mutu's visual standards.

Aesthetic Direction: Ensure all content has strong composition, lighting, and colour grading. Make our products look premium, desirable, and true to life.

Product Showcasing: Create visually compelling content that highlights product features, textures, and details.

Market & Trend Awareness: Take trending formats and elevate them with Mutu's visual identity. Understand what's in the market and create content that drives conversion, not just engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Content Team Lead and Content Creators to ensure visual consistency across all social media accounts.

This position requires:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in design, videography, multimedia, or content creation.
• A strong portfolio or social media page showing excellent aesthetic sense, lighting, and composition.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good aesthetic taste knowing what looks good (colour, framing, and visual storytelling).
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram pacing, trends, and formats.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive projects forward.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
