3-5 Years in RPA Developer with banking process experience

Requirements

• Min 3-5 years RPA development.
• Good written & spoken English.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Ability to adhere to regulations and standards.
• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop development.
• Proven experience in attended and unattended bot setup, configuration, and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes for bot-related issues.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant RPA development and support experience.
• Prior experience in the banking processes
• Able to work onsite and provide operational support as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage.
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Working directly with users to capture gaps & address them accurately according to process.
• Provide prompt reporting on progress & escalation of issues.
• Documentation of technical design & user guides.
• Deployment of codes as per change management process.
• Post deployment support & level 3 support.
