Looking for your next career opportunity in contracts management? Join an electrical engineering company supporting data centre and commercial developments across Singapore and Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of contractual matters, work alongside multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of major engineering projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Contract Management: Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Tender & Procurement Support: Coordinate tender documentation, assess supplier proposals and support commercial evaluations.
• Cost & Risk Control: Monitor contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks to safeguard project interests.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, site personnel, vendors and legal advisors to resolve contractual issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate contract records, payment documentation, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Project Close-Out: Manage contractual close-out activities and participate in post-project reviews to strengthen future processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in contracts management within the construction or engineering industry.
• Experience handling electrical engineering projects is preferred; exposure to data centre or commercial projects would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and applicable BCA requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts would be an added advantage.
