Position 1: Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant
Position 2: Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant
Job Summary
Support retail sales operations by delivering knowledgeable, friendly service to customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining merchandising standards, and assisting with promotions and daily store activities.
Responsibilities
Deliver attentive and knowledgeable customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Apply detailed product knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, and skincare to assist customers in making informed purchases.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales techniques.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the sales counter to uphold brand image.
Assist customers with product selection and respond to queries during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
Support full-time staff with daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management.
Promote current fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare promotions to increase sales and customer awareness.
Create and maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all customers.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Luxury Fashion is a strong plus but not essential.
Passion for the beauty and retail industry is welcomed for entry-level candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Fluency in English to communicate clearly with customers and team members; additional languages are advantageous.
Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with luxury brand standards.
Flexibility to work at Marina Bay Sands, ION Orchard, or Changi Airport locations.

Benefits
Full-time: $2,500 – $3,600 per month, commission, monthly product incentives, medical benefits, and structured training.
Part-time: $12 – $16 per hour, commission on sales, product incentives, flexible shift schedules including weekends.

Flexible shifts available for part-time role.
