岗位职责
Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while adhering to the Hotel’s policies and procedures.
Perform room checks, reservation checks, and public area inspections as assigned, as part of the Hotel’s efforts to provide staff with broader operational exposure and development opportunities for career progression.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via email, telephone, and at the front desk, providing appropriate assistance while maintaining excellent hospitality and service standards.
Perform cashiering duties and ensure that the cash float and all transactions are handled accurately and properly accounted for -
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
