About Us

Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd (formerly Sing Wah Air-Con Engineering) is a Singapore M&E engineering contractor established in 1996. We deliver New Build Projects, A&A Retrofitting, and Service & Maintenance, with a project portfolio spanning airport, government, hospitality, commercial, industrial and residential developments.

We are BCA-registered under ME01 Air-Con, Refrigeration & Ventilation (L6), ME05 Electrical Engineering (L5) and ME15 Integrated Building Services (L6). We are also certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
2. Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions and annual IR8A submissions
3. Administer leave, medical claims, benefits and employee records
4. Manage work pass matters (Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations) and related MOM requirements, including foreign worker quota and levy
5. Track staff training and certification records, including mandatory safety courses
6. Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations
7. Assist in employee engagement and ad hoc HR projects

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
2. At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR experience
3. Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF and MOM work pass processes
4. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
5. Proficient in HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office

What We Offer

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medical claims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual health screening of up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
