Job Requirements 任职要求

Education 学历

• 大专及以上学历，机械、汽车、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业优先。

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, Automotive Technology or related disciplines.

Working Experience 工作经验

• 具备 1年及以上汽车、汽车零部件、轮胎、制造业或生产现场相关工作经验。

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive, automotive components, tyre, manufacturing or production-related environments.

• 具有 automotive OEM、customer site support 或 production line 经验者优先。

Skills 专业能力

• 对汽车、轮胎或汽车零部件生产流程有基本了解。

• 具备良好的问题分析、沟通及协调能力。

• Basic knowledge of automotive, tyre products or automotive component production processes.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Language 语言能力

• 能够使用英语/马来文进行良好的日常工作沟通，具备中文沟通能力者优先。

• Good command of English with strong communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Work Arrangement 工作要求

• 能够接受长期驻点宝腾（PROTON）客户现场工作。

• 能够适应客户现场的工作环境及相关工作安排。

• Willing to be stationed at the Proton customer site on a long-term basis.

• Able to adapt to the customer’s on-site working environment and work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Technical Support 客户现场技术支持

• 负责宝腾（PROTON）客户现场的轮胎相关技术支持，包括轮胎安装、装配、检查、异常问题排查及处理等。

• 对客户提出的问题进行记录、整理及初步分析，并协调公司内部相关部门跟进解决。

• 跟进现场异常问题及改善措施，确保问题得到及时解决。

• Provide on-site technical support for tyre-related issues, including installation, fitting, inspection and troubleshooting.

• Record, analyse and follow up on customer issues, and coordinate with relevant internal departments to implement solutions.

• Follow up on on-site issues and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management 客户服务及关系维护

• 与宝腾（PROTON）现场人员保持良好沟通，及时了解客户需求及现场情况。

• 及时回应客户提出的问题，提供专业及有效的现场服务。

• 定期收集客户对产品质量、服务表现及轮胎使用情况的反馈，并及时向上级汇报。

• Maintain good communication with Proton's on-site personnel and understand customer requirements and expectations.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional and effective on-site support.

• Maintain positive and long-term customer relationships.

3. Technical Training & Guidance 技术培训及指导

• 根据客户需求提供轮胎产品知识、使用及维护方面的培训。

• 必要时为客户提供现场技术指导，确保轮胎产品得到正确使用。

• Provide customers with basic tyre product knowledge, usage guidelines and maintenance advice.

• Provide on-site technical guidance when required to ensure proper use and maintenance of tyre products.

4. Market Information & Feedback 市场信息收集及反馈

• 收集客户现场的市场趋势、竞争对手信息及客户需求。

• 及时整理并向销售、技术、质量等相关部门反馈市场动态及客户需求，为后续工作提供参考。

• Collect market trends, competitor information and customer requirements from the customer site.

• Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer requirements to the Sales, Technical, Quality and other relevant departments.

5. Internal Coordination 内部协调

• 协调销售、技术、质量、生产等相关部门，共同处理及解决客户现场问题。

• 跟进问题改善进度及解决方案的落实情况。

• 定期向直属上级汇报客户现场工作及问题处理情况。

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Quality, Production and other relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.

• Provide regular updates to the supervisor on on-site activities and customer issues.

6. Other Duties 其他工作

• 完成上级安排的其他与 OE 客户服务及现场支持相关的工作。

• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor related to OE customer service and on-site support.
