Job Description & Requirements

The Role

Main duties to be responsible for workers transportation and to manage workers and their meals distribution from Indian & Bangladeshi Catering Kitchen.

Candidate must be knowledgeable of different Indian & Bangladeshi menus.

Candidate must be comfortable to work in a workers' environment.

Candidate must be able to interact with workers.

Responsible for achieving workers satisfaction.

Provide efficient and effective management of meals distributions to our many job sites.

Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Candidate must be a Team player and hands-on.

Provide appropriate coaching and support to the team to develop a high-performance team.

Physically fit to carry 10-15 kg products.

Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with workers.

At least 2 years driving experience in the construction industry.

Ensure corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operation effectiveness.

Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives and to ensure operations runs smoothly.

Must have class 3 licence.

DUTIES:
Successful candidates must be to communicate simple Tamil and/or Bangladeshi.
