Role: Events Executive
Remuneration: Up to $25/hour + Incentives + Travel Opportunities
At Lyfe, we’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals who love planning and running events! As an Events Executive, you’ll help us create exciting, memorable experiences for our clients and team.
No selling is required — you’ll focus on event coordination, logistics, and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (corporate & lifestyle).
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Handle event logistics, setup, registration & on-site support.
Manage guest experience & ensure smooth event flow.
Track event performance & provide feedback for improvements.
What We Offer:
️ Flexible Work Hours — Work 2 to 5 days a week, you decide.

What We’re Looking For:
Singaporeans or PRs, 21 years old & above.
Pleasant personality, friendly communicator & team player.
Strong command of English & confident speaking skills.
Min. Qualification: Full A-Levels, Local Diploma, or Degree.
Experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
Undergrads are welcome to apply
