崗位職責:
1、參與IFRS 17新會計準則月結,負責精算假設、計量平台等相關工作。
2、開展準備金評估及管理、業務品質監控等工作。
3、開展產品定價模型研發、產品費率厘定、項目定價等工作。
4、協助相關部門完成RBC、償二代等監管報告工作。
5、完成上級交辦的其他相關工作任務。
任職資格:
1、全日制本科及以上學歷,精算、統計、數學、金融工程等相關專業。
2、瞭解IFRS17準則要求,具備项目經驗者優先。
3、有一般保險(非壽險)精算工作經驗者優先。
4、擁有中國、北美、英國等准精算師及以上資格者優先。
5、擁有扎實的數理功底,具備編程建模能力者優先。
6、具有嚴謹的邏輯思維能力、良好的文字表達能力、較強的溝通能力及一定抗壓能力;有團隊意識及合作精神,有進取心。
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in IFRS 17 (accounting standard) monthly closing, responcible for actuarial assumptions and FPSL (Financial Product Subsidiary Ledger) platform running.
Conduct reserve valuation and management, business quality monitoring.
Carry out pricing model development, product and project pricing.
Assist in relavent works for RBC, C-ROSS reporting.
Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Full-time bachelor's degree or above in actuarial, statistics, mathematics, financial engineering, or related fields.
Understanding of IFRS 17 standard requirements, with project experience preferred.
Experience in actuarial work in general insurance (non-life insurance) is preferred.
Possession of associate actuary or higher qualifications from China, North America, the UK, or equivalent is preferred.
Solid mathematical foundation, skills in programming and modelling is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, good writing skills, strong communication skills, and ability to handle pressure; team spirit and cooperation, and a proactive attitude.
