RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (One Position)

(CIVIL & STRUCTURAL)

  • Diploma from Polytechnic in relevant discipline or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with Building Control Authority (BCA) and Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (“JAC [IES and ACES]”)
  • Preferably 5 years local supervision as a resident technical officer for Architectural, Civil and Structural works.
  • Be conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes.
  • Competent in IT- word processing, excel, email, Power point for project progress update and presentation slides, maintaining proper record for claims.
  • Familiar with the inspection and installation process technology constructed under

Design for Manufacturing and Assembly.
