The role turns priorities into clear plans, coordinates execution across business, product, engineering, technology operations and external partners, and provides accurate visibility of progress, risk, dependencies, investment and decisions. This role is expected to build strong program-management fundamentals while taking growing ownership of small- to medium-scale programs and workstreams.
Program planning and delivery
Maintain integrated plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables and readiness activities for assigned programs or workstreams. Coordinate day-to-day execution and follow through on commitments.
Governance and reporting
Prepare concise, accurate status updates, dashboards, meeting materials, decision logs and leadership summaries. Maintain a predictable operating cadence and ensure information is current.
Risk, issue and dependency management
Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and actions. Identify emerging blockers early, propose practical next steps and escalate when decisions or intervention are required.
Cross-functional coordination
Connect business, product, engineering, technology operations, finance, legal, procurement and vendors around scope, timing, ownership and hand-offs.
Portfolio operations
Support project intake, prioritization, resource and capacity views, portfolio data quality, project tracker upkeep, and consolidation of territory-level delivery insights.
Financial and commercial support
Assist with annual planning, forecast updates, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, purchase and contract workflows, quotation comparisons and variance follow-up. Maintain traceable supporting documentation.
Vendor and partner coordination
Coordinate requests for proposals, quotations, lead times, deliverables, approvals and follow-ups. Surface trade-offs in cost, schedule, feasibility and service options for decision-makers.
Continuous improvement
Standardize templates, simplify recurring workflows, improve data quality and help create repeatable practices that lift the team’s execution quality.
