岗位职责
Operate automated washing equipment to clean and process quartz and mechanical components in accordance with SOPs.
Handle and inspect components carefully to maintain product quality and prevent damage or contamination.
Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation.
Kit and issue parts accurately to engineering teams and support day-to-day inventory activities.
Coordinate external repair shipments, including RMA preparation and repair-status tracking.
Monitor repair turnaround times and follow up with external vendors where required.
Update ERP/WMS systems accurately for stock movements, repairs, returns and scrap.
Maintain complete and accurate inventory records and ensure proper traceability.
Follow applicable cleanroom, chemical safety and workplace safety procedures.
Use required PPE and maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
